The hotel is located in a peaceful area near a metro station - super convenient! The room was spacious and spotless, with a seriously comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance or a short metro ride from amazing attractions. Absolutely GREAT value for a 3-night stay!

The rooms they offer were nicely decorated and brand-new with a soft bed and slippers, as for instance. Amazing service, even though a few employees were very unprofessional. Its location was central, not too far from Fabric Market. The area was cozy near to metro line, Lİne 9 subway station, and many main attractions, like the old town, gardens and The Bund. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. They were always willing to help and nothing was too much trouble. The location in the Xiaonanmen area was fantastic, with a street market nearby and plenty of local eating places and food stalls. I also loved the convenience of having a bakery just around the corner. The hostel was well located, just a few meters away from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Chi Chen Boutique.

This great budget hotel offers a lot of great value for money rooms. A subway station is next to the property, central location. It's in the nice local area which is another bonus.

Spotless hotel, facilities are good, and the location is magnificent very near MRT. I truly enjoyed my room - great value with round bed. As for me the food is amazing, and they have variety of meals. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The location was peaceful and strategic, willing to change metro lines and the interior design was unique. And it was also close enough to many main attractions, and a quiet area in Shanghai.
